How long have you worked at Fremont Bank and what do you do here?

I have worked at Fremont Bank for over three years. I am the senior manager of the treasury management services department, also known as Business Services. I oversee the onboarding of clients for business online banking and treasury management solutions, leading a team of eight skilled associates. This role encompasses managing client relationships, streamlining processes, and driving excellence to enhance client experience.

What do you enjoy the most about your job?

I enjoy the opportunity I have to build strong relationships with clients, empower my team to accept and tackle challenges to deliver innovative solutions, and foster a collaborative team culture

What’s your greatest strength as a business professional?

As a business services leader, my greatest strength lies in my client-centric focus and commitment to process optimization. I am passionate about understanding the unique needs of each client and delivering tailored solutions that enhance their experience and add value to their business operations. At the same time, I strive to optimize processes within my department to deliver efficient, seamless onboarding and service delivery. By streamlining workflows and leveraging innovative tools, I ensure that both my team and our clients benefit from greater efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.

If you were going to design an ice cream sundae with unlimited supplies, what would it look like?

THE ULTIMATE SUNDAE

Base Layer: a mix of velvety vanilla bean ice cream and creamy caramel swirl ice cream. Toppings Tower: Salted caramel and drizzle of warm fudge. Special Touches: Mini churros, candied orange slices. Served in a crystal clear bowl with dry ice for a theatrical flair!

If you watched SpongeBob SquarePants: What is it about that show?

I love this show. Mostly because the show offers a unique mix of humor, creativity, and relatability wrapped up in an underwater world. The humor works on multiple levels; I especially enjoy watching it with my wife and kids. It offers silly gags for kids and subtle, clever jokes for adults. But most of all, I think it captures the ups and downs of our everyday lives. We shouldn’t always take life seriously; it reminds us to embrace joy, laughter, and a little bit of weirdness.
