How long have you worked at Fremont Bank, and what’s your role?

I’ve been with Fremont Bank for five years as a Senior Fraud Investigative Analyst. I am responsible for everything from handling check fraud claims to reviewing activity for potential fraud, conducting investigations, and collaborating with multiple business partners on best practices to protect our clients and the bank from losses due to fraud.

What do you enjoy the most about your job?

It’s never the same; it keeps you on your toes. It’s also exciting when you are able to make an impact in preventing losses for the bank, while also making an impact for the client, especially when we are able to recover funds for them, or prevent scams or fraudulent activity.

What’s your greatest strength as a business professional?

Time management and collaboration—prioritization is key for success in my role. Some projects are time-sensitive, requiring immediate attention, while others are detail-oriented and require investigation. Collaborating with key departments ensures that everyone is informed and doing their part. With fraud ever changing, keeping everyone informed is key.

My kids, Scarlett and Maverick. They inspire me to be the best person and dad I can be. They also inspire me to find fun or enjoyment in everything I do.
