How long have you worked at Fremont Bank and what do you do here?
I’ve been at Fremont Bank for nine years and am currently a Senior Branch Manager at the Alvarado, Union City branch.
What do you enjoy the most about your job?
As a Senior Branch Manager, I enjoy how every day presents new opportunities to help customers and guide my team toward achieving both personal and organizational goals. Additionally, I find it fulfilling to mentor and motivate my team, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success. There's something incredibly fulfilling about solving problems, making a difference, and knowing that I'm contributing toward something bigger.
What’s your greatest strength as a business professional?
My greatest strength as a business professional is my ability to adapt and find creative solutions in versatile environments. My strong communication and interpersonal skills also help me build relationships and collaborate effectively, ensuring that I can work with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
What are your top three favorite ’90s hip hop artists?
Since I was born in the late ’80s, my three favorites would be Backstreet Boys, NSYNC, and TLC.
If you were going to design an ice cream sundae with unlimited supplies, what would it look like?
I would have the simplest traditional sundae: vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, peanuts, and that cherry on top!
